The package was very detailed and easy to follow. The pricing was great for everything it included. To name a few things- amazing accomm, clothing+snowboard hire, passes and more. We recently booked our Queenstown ski holiday through New Zealand Ski Packages, with Jess coordinating the trip, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience.

From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well organised — the skiing and snowboarding, car hire, accommodation, food recommendations and the various places we visited all came together perfectly. It was a top-shelf experience from beginning to end.

We stayed for seven nights at The Rees Hotel, right on the lake, and waking up each morning to those incredible lake and mountain views was simply postcard-perfect. It was a fantastic choice of accommodation and really added to the whole experience.

Jess, you certainly know your town! The package you put together for us was brilliant, and we really appreciated the thought and effort that went into making the holiday so enjoyable and seamless.

There was even a very special highlight for our travelling companions — they had a gender reveal on the Gondola up to Skyline, followed by the competitive jostling on the Luge. Watching that unfold with those spectacular Queenstown views was absolutely priceless and made the trip even more memorable.

Thank you, Jess, and the team at New Zealand Ski Packages. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone planning a Queenstown ski holiday. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Alex took care of everything from accommodation, car rental, ski hire and lift passes and bus tickets. No request was too big or too small.
We arrived in Queenstown and Alex had done the rest so our holiday was completely stress free.
I can’t recommend Alex from New Zealand Ski Packages highly enough. We will be back.

I initially dealt with Alex, who booked my trip, and later Sam, who assisted me with any queries while I was travelling. I found that the cost for accommodation, lift passes, ski hire and transport to and from the ski slopes was a very good deal. Alex was great to work with while I kept chopping and changing my dates. Very patient and did not attempt any hard sales methods. Their customer service was fantastic. On the day of travel, I received a caring email from Sam checking in with me and offering assistance if required. I did need some assistance and Sam had dealt with it efficiently and effectively ensuring my daughter and I are looked after well. I can't fault this company. Wiith every penny spent being well worth it, I have already been recommending them to friends of mine. I would not hesitate contacting them again the next time I plan to go skiing in NZ. I told my family about it and Nicole was able to organise the same package for them. I had a great time on my holiday which was all organised for me. A rental car waiting for me at the airport, a great hotel not far from where we were skiing and an awesome 4 days on the slopes of Mt Hutt. Thank you Nicole & NZ Ski Packages.

I changed things around a fair bit along the way, and Nicole and the team adjusted and helped out efficiently every time. Communication throughout was excellent.
Being dropped off after a full day boarding and stepping off the bus to only a short walk to our apartment, close to town, made things effortless. Having the buses booked in advance also gave us a great rhythm to the days and made life easy. Not to mention, Queenstown in general was stunning. Thank you for organising a glorious holiday for my family. I’m counting the days to our next adventure. 🖤
