Katherine Houston10/12/2023NZ Ski were awesome help in planning our ski trip and we had an amazing time! Francine and the team were very supportive and flexible when we were planning and booking, particularly with so many changes to the timings of our trip due to covid and other work situations (reacheduled multiple times). Without them we may not have found the right accommodation in Queenstown, which was perfect! On the morning of our first day we experienced the most beautiful sunrise over the mountains and lake from our apartment. The apartment was situated perfectly a short walk into town and on the correct side of town to easily drive out to the Remarkables ski fields and Wanaka. We also liked the guidance we received to help plan our trip, such as multi day and multi resort passes, which made our trip even better. Another highlight was the Roys Peak hike, which friends had recommended to us. Having a hire car gave us the freedom to explore things outside of just skiing e.g. hiking, wineries, driving through overpass Queenstown to Wanaka. My only recommendation when skiing would be to book an apartment so you have room to dry ski clothes and a washing machine (our second accommodation was a hotel, and the apartment suited us better).

Jo Sasso31/08/2023Jamie helped me and my friend book our snow trip to Mt Hutt and everything went amazingly ! Accommodation, transport, ski lifts passes, rentals ! Everything was sorted out for us and we had no problems whatsoever. They met all our requests in a timely matter over email, and were very helpful ! We had an amazing holiday and we will definitely be using New Zealand Ski Packages again !

Kirsty Lamb22/07/2023My 14 year old son and I have just returned from 5 days in Queenstown with everything organized for us - accommodation, lift tickets. bus transfers up the mountain - and it was amazing! So easy, everyone we dealt with was super helpful, warm and friendly. We will definitely be returning next year and can highly recommend NZ Ski Packages to plan you trip.
CJ11/07/2023Alex from NZ Ski Packages was amazing. I booked our holiday to NZ from Australia, all via email correspondence. Alex was super helpful and flexible, and provided great ideas to fill our itinerary with fun experiences to maximise our trip. Even when the mountain was closed due to weather, Alex helped shift our bookings to the right, or call ahead to confirm our bookings when needed as we didn’t have an international sim. Alex was a pleasure to deal with and we look forward to a return trip to NZ with Alex as our agent for another perfect holiday. ☺️
Sacha10/10/2022Alex at New Zealand Ski Packages organised a fantastic holiday for my family. From the beautiful accommodation, to ski gear to lessons, everything was sorted. All I had to book was the flights (and wrangle 3 kids). Along with the bookings, her tips on things to do and how to avoid the queues up the mountain was incredibly helpful. We had an amazing holiday and would definitely use New Zealand Ski Packages again.

She not only looked after us for the Queenstown leg but provided great advice and suggestions using her local knowledge for the rest of our trip. She was always super helpful, prompt in her replies and nothing was too much trouble. The only thing I’d do differently next time is get her to book the entire trip. Surpassed expectations.
